About Sebastien Lochen

Born and raised in Paris, France, Sebastien Lochen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Film from University of Southern California and then had a dynamic 22-year career in Hollywood as an Emmy-award winner in post-production. Sebastien’s background in film and photography has given him a keen eye for detail and he knows how to bring incredible visuals to best market your home. Sebastien has always been passionate about real estate and has real estate investments around the world.

Sebastien recently moved to the Moyaone Reserve in Southern Maryland with his four children, spouse, and dog, to live in a retreat he and his family have been building for the past three years. He discovered the Moyaone during the pandemic and decided to make the move, inspired by the incredible nature and village mentality where residents lift each other up.

Sebastien is all about building communities: he spends his spare time at his daughter’s preschool, he has run the non-profit “When Kids Grow Up”; and he regularly volunteers for watershed clean-up events. Sebastien is also an avid scuba diver, mountain biker, photographer, canyoneerer, world traveler, hiker, and is trying to learn how to make his own beer.

Sebastien puts his clients above profits and provides honest, personalized guidance on real estate trends and is a skilled negotiator (they fear him at the Istanbul bazaar).
